I currently work as an IT field service technician supporting Dell, HP, Acer computer installation and repair in surrounding Joplin area offices.  My current work supports Lexmark, HP, Dell, and Epson Printers as well as network connections. 

My business hours are limited because I operate this part-time business as a supplement to full-time job.  I enjoy this work and always enjoy learning from new challenges.  Feel free to contact me during regular business hours.  If I am unable to answer immediately, I will call you back after work.

Our history

History

I previously worked for a managed services company supporting HP, Dell, and Lenovo computer installation and repair, as well as Lexmark and HP printer repair.  I supported small office networks.  I am a certified service technician for HP, computers and printers, Dell and Lenovo computers, and Lexmark printers.

I taught in public and private schools for over 2 decades, so I also offer training and instruction in Microsoft and Google office products and their integration in office workflows.
